The section emphasises character development, teamwork, and commitment through structured, values‑driven activities.
NCC (Air & Land)
NCC (Air) upholds excellence, earning a Distinction Award in Unit Recognition 2025. Cadets undergo rigorous fitness training, collaborate on kindness‑focused campaigns, and attend live‑firing, adventure camps, and leadership courses such as SSLC. Supported by RSAF, they gain aerospace exposure through flight experiences, air‑base visits, simulations, aeromodelling, and drone programmes.

NPCC
NPCC develops resilience, integrity, service, and excellence as cadets adapt to post‑pandemic challenges. They lead crime‑prevention outreach, conduct virtual training, and design campcraft lessons. The unit earned the 2022 Gold Award and continues pursuing activities such as Dragonboat and eCSI. Cadet Leaders drive innovation.
Scouts
The Pajigwad Scout Troop follows the Scout Method of learning by doing. Scouts learn the Scout Law and Promise, develop leadership through patrols and the PLC, and participate in camping, campfires, orienteering, outdoor cooking, and pioneering. Badge schemes support skills growth. The troop has earned the Frank Cooper Sands Gold Award and Chief Commissioner’s Award.
